By using Barangay Konek, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and listings
• •Not post fraudulent, misleading, or scam-related content
• •Treat other users with respect — harassment, threats, and hate speech are prohibited
• •Not impersonate barangay officials, businesses, or other users
• •Not use the platform for illegal activities
• •Keep your account credentials secure and not share them

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account that:

• •Contains spam, scams, or fraudulent listings
• •Promotes illegal goods or services
• •Harasses or threatens other users
• •Violates the privacy of others
• •Is sexually explicit or inappropriate for a community platform
• •Spreads misinformation about local events or officials

Content moderation is community-assisted. You can report any listing, post, or user by tapping the "Report" option. We will review reported content within 48 hours.

Barangay Konek is a platform only — we connect buyers and sellers, service providers and clients, riders and passengers. We do not:

• •Guarantee the quality, accuracy, or safety of any listing or service
• •Process or hold payments between users
• •Resolve disputes between users (though we may mediate if possible)
• •Verify the identity of all users (though we encourage real names)

Tip: Always meet in public places for in-person transactions. Use good judgment when dealing with strangers online. Mag-ingat lagi!

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barangay Konek and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: losses from transactions, unauthorized account access, or inaccurate listing information.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users through the app when significant changes are made. Continued use of Barangay Konek after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
